The shipyard has in it's possession an area of over 80.000m2. 

In addition, there is a slipway for construction of new-buildings 

       1)  Halls for steel work (Pos. 7), the surface being 3.500m2, 
 with an open area annexure (Pos. 8) of about 1.200m2.  

The following equipment can be located in the halls and annexure:
-  Magnetic crane 12,5t/Hook 5t, height of lifting 7,5m 

    to the magnetting 9,6m to the hook, span 20m
-  Bridge crane 5t, height of lifting 9,6 to the hook, span 20m 
-  Bridge crane 10t, height of lifting 9,6m to the hook, span 20m 
-  Bridge crane 50t, height of lifting 9,6m  to the hook, span 20m 
-  CNC cutting machinery 
-  Hydraulic press 400t 
-  Machinery for flattening 
-  Machinery for welding  

2)  Mechanical workshop (Pos. 16) - surface about 960m2.
-   Bridge crane 5t, height of lifting 4,5m to the hook, span 15,7m 
-   Mechanical park for the needs of the shipyard.

 3) Heavy locksmith's shop (Pos. 17) - surface about 960m2. 
            2 × bridge cranes 5t, height of lifting 4,5m, span 15,7m
            equipment for shaping, flattening, welding.

4) Pipe shop (Pos. 18) - surface about 80m2.
             necessary equipment for pipe-work.

5) Carpenter's workshop (Pos. 19) - surface about 960m2.
             with necessary equipment and machinery. 

6) Workshop for anticorrosive protection (Pos. 20) - surface about 960m2.
             workshop for sand-blasting (480m2) with necessary equipment,
             paint workshop (480m2) with necessary equipment.
