WORK PLATFORMS

Work platforms (Pos. 14 & 24) – surface about 12.000m².

Platforms are designed for steel-work (hatch-covers, ship-sections, hulls for smaller vessels up to 100t of total weight and other products).

Platforms are equipped with:

Platform Pos. 14 is equipped with a portal crane Pos. 13.

- carrying capacity 8,5t outreach 12,5m, height of lifting 51m,

- carrying capacity 3,2t., outreach 34m, height of lifting 28m,

Platform Pos. 24 is equipped with a crane Pos. 3

- capacity 100t , height of lifting 20m to the hook , span between rails 40m

- lowering towards the shore 16m , lowering towards the building 12m

In addition, the following is located on the equipment pier:

- Portal crane , carrying capacity 5t , outreach 20m

- Cargo pile , carrying capacity 80t , outreach 18m , height of lifting 14,5m

In combination with the brige crane in the repair section, the hauling of ships and other vessels is carried out up to 180t in weight.

The following equipment is also available:

equipment for welding (MIG/MAG, manual welding, submerged arc-welding),

non-destructive control methods (Rtg, US),

paint control (wet and dry film).

Part of the remaining area of the shipyard, which is not currently in function, can be used as a winter marina (surface about 10.000m²) for yachts.
